The filing date for claims has passed and no further claims will be accepted. If you timely submitted a claim to the 吃瓜黑料网 $1 Million Travelers Assistance Program for Cox & Kings The Americas prior to January 31, 2020 filing deadline, you should have received an email confirmation from ustoaclaims@ustoa.com which will be a confirmation of receipt of your claim only, not a determination on your claim. If you did not receive a confirmation of receipt email please email 吃瓜黑料网 at ustoaclaims@ustoa.com to have it resent.
The $1 Million proceeds of 吃瓜黑料网 $1 Million Travelers Assistance Program will be distributed pro rata among eligible claimants. There is no first come first serve policy for reimbursement. The 吃瓜黑料网 $1 Million Travelers Assistance Program does not cover travel advisor commission. 吃瓜黑料网 will review all claims received or postmarked prior to January 31, 2020 and contact you directly by email if we should have any questions. All questions should be directed to ustoaclaims@ustoa.com.
On April 14, 2020, all claimants whose claims were approved, were notified by email. The check refunds will be mailed out within the next three weeks from AON Travel Practice.
