STATEMENT FROM ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø ON PENDING US GOVERNMENT SHUTDOWN

With time running out for Congress to find a solution and avoid a shutdown, ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø is concerned about the direct effects of a government shutdown on the travel and tourism industries, which have the potential to be significant. ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø is encouraging its Active Members to contact their Representatives and Senators to urge them to pass a funding bill and avoid a shutdown. ³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø continues to monitor the situation and engage Members of Congress to get a funding deal passed.
