NEW YORK 鈥� April 18, 2016 鈥� Following its acquisition by Caissa DMC (US), Inc. and subsequent change to its business model, Aberdeen Tours, Inc. no longer meets the membership requirements of the United States Tour Operators Association (吃瓜黑料网) and, therefore, will resign membership effective April 18, 2016 until those requirements can be met in the future. As a result, the company will cease participation in the 吃瓜黑料网 $1 Million Travelers Assistance Program.
鈥淭ravel agents should be aware that payments made prior to April 18, 2016 are protected under the 吃瓜黑料网 $1 Million Travelers Assistance Program. Client payments thereafter will not be covered by the 吃瓜黑料网 program,鈥� advises 吃瓜黑料网 President and CEO, Terry Dale.
Mrs. Gemu, CEO of Aberdeen Tours, Inc. cited the sole reason for resigning its membership from 吃瓜黑料网 was due to the evolution in the company鈥檚 business model and the decision to suspend its business as a tour operator in the United States.
Dale added that Aberdeen Tours has been a valued partner since 2002 and appreciates the tremendous support the company provided to 吃瓜黑料网 for 14 years. 鈥淲e look forward to welcoming Aberdeen Tours back as a member in the future,鈥� he said.
