Providing all-staff trainings can be challenging for global companies, especially when focusing on diversity, equity, inclusion, and social justice topics and the issues that arise during these conversations. Please join WorldStrides for this installment of the 吃瓜黑料网 SIR Education Series as they share their asynchronous, reflection based, guided learning framework that provides DEI training from a variety of content sources and perspectives. This training framework was designed for employees to engage with pre-designed content, while allowing for reflections and guidance for applying their learnings to their work.
